Bok Choy, a type of Chinese cabbage used as food, is grown on our farm in an organic way.

This popular Asian green with crisp, juicy stems and tender sweet leaves is superb in stir fry and noodle soups. It is used in similar ways to other leafy vegetables such as spinach and cabbage. It can also be eaten raw.
