Pan Fried Oyster Mushrooms


1 pound Oyster mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) for garnish (optional)

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil or butter.
Once the oil/butter is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
