Akitakomachi White Rice

If you want to taste the highest quality white rice, Japanese Akita Komachi rice is one of the best for its perfect stickiness. Tubules are suitable for making sushi, onigiri and sashimi.

Cooking process – wash the rice three times, leave half inch of water above the rice for cooking, boil the water with the rice, cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat, do not mix, turn off the heat, leave the rice for 10-15 minutes, remove the lid of the pot so that no water drips into the pot. Gently scoop the rice with a wide spoon.
