2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and crisp-tender.
