Nutritional Value Of Eggs

Our blue eggs are produced from Frost White Legbar and Easter Egger chickens. Free-range blue eggs contain 3 times more nutrients than normal eggs. These eggs are an all-natural and healthy food, low in cholesterol and fat, but high in other nutrients. They contain a high percentage of vitamins, amino acids, and trace elements. Frost White Legbar and Easter Egger chickens are two kinds of rare and popular chickens. Our hens are free-range raised. They live in a natural environment and have access to an outdoor area where they can roam freely and eat all the grass, insects and worms that they please. Their eggs contain around twice the amount of vitamin E compared to supermarket eggs from hens raised in cages.

Where do I pick up my package?

We have a specific pick-up site at the front of our farm. Packages will be available during pickup hours and are placed on clean tables. Each package is labeled with the customer’s name. Please make sure to take the package with your name on it.

Reminders:

• You may park in the designated area near the pick-up site at our farm.
• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, remember to keep six feet of social distance from other customers.
• Please don’t knock at the front gate, as we won’t answer. When you arrive at the farm, please give us a call.
• Please don’t enter the vegetable garden without the permission of our farmers.
